CANCELLATION POLICY

Every effort will be made to accommodate booking changes where possible. Missed appointments & late changes will require the full cost of your service/services to be paid. We require at least 3 hours notice. This policy helps to ensure that your appointment and those of other customers will be on time.

Very occasionally, we have a cancellation. If you can’t find a booking with your favourite barber, fill out the form below and we’ll contact you if there is an opening. Please note that this is the only way to get on our cancellation list and it’s first in best dressed.
